Once there was a surferboy
he was full of endless joy.
Had a girlfriend on his shoulders
a weight he loved to carry.

Surfergirl loved surferboy.
They swam free like golden coys,
then rested on wet boulders.
„Surfergirl. You wanna marry?“

Neptune was their priest.
„Yes I do.“ A new life began.
„You may now fight the beast.“
Neptune was a silly man.

He wasn’t joking after all.
He made their life a living hell
threw a tantrum in his halls
then threw them in a cell.

I just know when, I don’t know why
I’m just here to tell the story
I’m just the lonely gallery guide.
Telling history is obligatory.
